"This painting represents all the water holes around Australia, it shows that there are many and in different sizes. The large water holes are obviously seen and if they are not dangerous you can swim in them and some are well hidden throughout the land, Aboriginal people over the years have discovered the water holes that were created and have used boulders of rocks/sticks etc to protect them and keep animals from polluting the water. The important cultural traditions and locations of the water holes were taught to the younger generations in order to survive on the land and respect it, so when the people go hunting they would know where and how to find water. Below shows the round symbols as the water holes and the coloured dots represent the Aboriginal flag and the land formations. " Dean Jakamara Briscoe

We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or trackable courier. We will not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit &; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.

Dreamtime Kullilla-Art will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

DAMAGED OR BROKEN Products - We advise that we do not offer replacement for broken/damaged products received.  We only offer full refund for the item.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT  Should your product be damaged or broken in transit we advise that in order to make a claim for a refund the customer MUST take the broken item and all packaging to the nearest Post Office to lodge a claim with Australia Post and receive a Claim Number - once a Claim Number has been obtained and notified to Dreamtime Kullilla-Art a refund will be made for the damaged product.  We advise that we do not offer replacement for broken/damaged products received.  No refund can be made without a Claim Number obtained from Australia Post.

Returns/Exchanges for Sale Items & Bulk/Special Rate Orders

Products purchased in large quantities, at reduced rates may not be returned or exchanged.

 

Warranty Returns

In the rare case that you receive a faulty/damaged product upon delivery, simply contact Dreamtime Kullilla-Art and we will organise to have the item replaced. All faulty/damaged goods must be returned to us for inspection. We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or trackable courier.  We will not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit. When returning the defective goods you should include your order overview. Simply contact us before returning the goods and we will provide reply paid postage information.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within *2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
