1. Promoter
The promoter is Dreamtime Kullilla-Art, ABN 66 189 004 053, located at Unit 1, 349 MacDonnell Road, Clontarf QLD 4019.
2. Promotion Period
The 30th Birthday Sale runs across multiple promotional periods as advertised:
- Week 1: 1 May – 7 May
- Week 2: 8 May – 14 May
- Week 3: 15 May – 21 May
- Week 4: 22 May – 28 May
- Final Sale Period: 29 May – 31 May
Each weekly promotion applies only during the specified dates.
3. Eligibility
This promotion is open to all customers. Dreamtime Kullilla-Art reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
4. How to Redeem
To redeem the offer, customers must:
a) Shop eligible products within the advertised weekly category.
b) Enter the relevant discount code at checkout to receive 30% off.
c) Complete payment in full at the time of purchase.
Failure to apply the discount code at checkout will result in the discount not being applied.
5. Payment Terms
a) All sale orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. No account payments are permitted during the promotion period.
b) Any order placed and not paid for on the same day will have the invoice amended and the discount removed.
c) For bank deposit payments, a remittance must be provided by close of business (COB) on the day of purchase to retain the discount.
6. Discount Conditions
a) The 30% discount applies only to selected products within the advertised category for each week.
b) Weekly sale promotions are strictly online only unless otherwise stated.
c) Discounts apply to the original retail price only.
d) Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed.
e) This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless otherwise stated.
7. Included Products
a) Clearance and promotional pricing products are included in the sale unless otherwise specified.
b) Where applicable, the 30% discount will apply to the current listed price of eligible items within the promotional category.
8. Availability
All products are subject to availability. No rain checks will be offered on sold-out items.
9. Shipping
Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are subject to standard Dreamtime Kullilla-Art shipping policies unless otherwise specified during promotional periods.
10. Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to Dreamtime Kullilla-Art’s standard returns policy. Sale items may not be eligible for refund unless faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
a) Place an order via the Dreamtime Kullilla-Art website during the promotional period.
b) Enter the phrase “Winner Winner Chicken Dinner” in the delivery instructions section at checkout.
Entries that do not include the exact phrase in the delivery instructions will be deemed invalid.
