About Artist - Lalania Tusa - Burrumunji Kuku Yalanji Tradional Owner Descendant 
Contemporary Artist of the Kuku Yalanji Tribe in Mossman Far North Queensland.  Growing up on Kuku Yalanji country Lalania has always felt a strong connection to the land and enjoys translating traditional stories through a variety of techniques and mediums. These include acrylic painted three piece canvases, screen-printing, hand crafted jewellery, creative products, traditional artefacts and more.  Many of Lalania's works are direct translations of dreamtime stories passed down through the generations with an element of originality through her contemporary art style
